Sunanda Vempati

A post-graduate in Software Development (Specialization–Blockchain), Sunanda has 7 years of experience in software development, with significant experience in coding Ethereum Smart Contracts and has been a key contributor in developing Blockchain based system for banks. She is the main brain behind the development of Blockchain infrastructure around the NIDAC system.

Balwant Tanver

A computer science graduate with impeccable academic record. Balwant has gained deep knowledge in the field of AI/ML over the years and has developed many AI/ML modules that mainly include Face Recognition, real time object detection, tracking using advance CNN algorithms like RCNN, Mask CNN, Yolo Algorithm, coco datasets etc. He is handling the development and integration of AI modules for NIDAC system.

University of Thessaly

Dr. Kostas Kolomvatsos

Dr Kostas Kolomvatsos (Male) received his Ph.D. from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in 2005 and in the beginning of 2013, respectively. He serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Thessaly. He has an experience of 16 years and participated in several projects realized in the context of EU Programs (FP6, FP7, H2020) as well as National Initiatives. He was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow (Individual Grant) in the MSCA-2016 call. He also serves as the Project Manager of the ENFORCE (H2020) and SaveWoodenBoats (National Initiative) projects in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Thessaly. His research interests are in the definition of Intelligent Systems and techniques adopting Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing for Pervasive Computing, Distributed Systems, Big Data and Cloud Computing. In the aforementioned areas he has published over 95 papers.
